1. Request Your Early Mail or Absentee Ballot

Request your Early Mail or Absentee Ballot online here. You can also mail an Early Mail ballot application that you can download and print here, as well as an Absentee Ballot application that you can download and print here. With either option, you must do so by Oct 15th.

If you prefer to fill out a paper application, you should mail the completed application to the County Board of Elections.

2. Send Your Early Mail and Absentee Ballot

Once the County Board of Elections has received your application and approved it, they will send you your actual absentee ballot. Ballots must be postmarked and mailed back by November 3rd! Alternatively, people can still drop off their ballot in person at a poll site, ballot dropbox, or the County Board of Elections on or before November 5th.

You can drop off your absentee ballot at ANY poll site
  • You CAN drop off ballots for other people
  • You do NOT need to wait in line
  • You do NOT need postage
  • You do NOT need to use the outer ballot envelope, but you MUST sign the oath envelope by the red X
